Client-Centric Partnership

Our clients are partners, not projects. We embed ourselves in their vision and work alongside their teams to deliver outcomes that matter.

Data and Insight-Driven Decisions

We ground our recommendations in evidence rather than assumptions, using data, research, and market insight to guide every strategic choice.

Integrated Delivery

We coordinate strategy, design, and engineering into unified teams, eliminating silos and ensuring every workstream moves toward the same goal.

Continuous Learning and Innovation

Technology never stands still, and neither do we. We track advances across AI, product, and digital to bring the latest thinking to every engagement.

Edward Ward

Founder & CEO

Ed has spent the last decade building and scaling technology ventures.

Most recently, in Web3 and Decentralised Finance, as COO of Polkastarter, the first and leading decentralised fundraising platform, he helped complete the company's exit in 2024 having supported the growth to a $750M market cap. He continues to advise and invest in early-stage Web3 through Poolside, an accelerator and fund.

Before crypto, Ed launched Le Wagon coding bootcamp subsidiary in the UK in 2016, helping build it into the world's leading coding school, and later joined SURFnCODE, an early AI venture studio founded by the original creators of the Skype technology, to run its founder programme. He began his entrepreneurial career in 2013 with the Veglo Commuter X4 bike light and a full product suite, funded on Kickstarter and distributed in 14 countries before its exit to Oxford Products Ltd.

Ed brings an operator's perspective to Big Room Tech, having built, scaled, and exited across three technology waves.
